Gary Mantoosh

Be careful on Ebay. Recently I bid on a bottle with the following description. MIDWEST AMBER RIBBED CRUET PONTIL MINT! PATTERN MOLDED CRUET- UTILITY, BRIGHT LIGHT GOLDEN YELLOW WITH A SLIGHT OLIVE CAST- 20 RIBS SWIRLED TO THE LEFT- PONTIL SCAR- HEIGHT 6.5" FINE FLARED LIP- MIDWESTERN- PROBABLY BLOWN AT ZANESVILLE GLASS WORKS, ZANESVILLE OHIO 1820-1840- FINE COLOR A GREAT LITTLE GEM WITH A SMALL AMOUNT HAZE ON SURFACE OF INSIDE BASE --NO ISSUES! PLEASE CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS AND UP COMING AUCTION OF PONTIL AMERICAN AND EUROPEAN GLASS-Check out my other items! This bottle is not as described. It is the opinion of myself and many experts that this is not a period piece. Also, MINT is a pretty poor description of a bottle with broken bubbles and plenty of interior stain. Gary Mantoosh refuses to refund my money, or communicate about this. Beware of this guy. Ebay ID allmaxximus644c.
